Description

A juicy, tender smoked beef pot roast cooked low and slow with ranch, au jus, butter, pepperoncini and beef broth. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners, leftovers, and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 35 lbs chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 510 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix evenly over the roast.
  3. Add the butter on top, and place the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  4. Pour in the beef broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is fork‑tender.
