Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 24 ounces jarred tomato sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Mix ricotta, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in the crockpot, then layer noodles, ricotta mixture, beef, and sauce. Repeat layers.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella.
