- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 24 ounces jarred tomato sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- Mix ricotta, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in the crockpot, then layer noodles, ricotta mixture, beef, and sauce. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover and cook on low 6‑8 hours or high 3‑4 hours.
- Let rest 10‑15 minutes before serving.
