  • diced
  • 4 cups low‑sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the smoked beef cubes and sauté for 3‑4 minutes until lightly browned.
